last night, or rather this morning, we squeezed out Windowz 98 NetTowns Edition - a sequel/prequel of sorts to last year's Windowz XP 2012 Professional!

lots of stuff is missing right now, as getting it all functional on time was pretty wacky. there's a pretty hefty update coming sometime this week to make up for the missing stuff, though.

with the update you can expect mostly desktop/Windows stuff - software, games, etc. and just a tiny bit of extra internet content - there's enough of that already anyway! For now, there's over 70 websites and over 100 pages in total to explore via the browser - have fun! OH YEAH there's also some games (in the game) that you can play, and even compete for high scores with fellow NG users!

The meat of the game is exploring the fake internet contained within - and there's a lot, some shit's funny, some isn't. A bunch of websites with solid variety, and of course all over the place presentation/quality wise. Basically, it's a lil GeoCities full of schizo ramblings, personal blogs, fansites, and all the other shit you might expect from something like that.
